this was seriously delicious and easy to make with whatever you have lying around -- in this case bites of roasted garlic, onion, fennel, carrot in this one, with clear mugwort aftertaste finishing each bite. this is a nice "entree" analogue to our usual polycomponent salad. fills you right up!

I had vivid dreams from the mugwort that night and can produce my dream journal upon request. A highlight was a moment where my Uncle Frank was spinning a large tractor wheel hub on concrete so as to demonstrate how to emulate riffs from a RickenBacker 12-string electric. (An old farm trick for those who cannot afford real instruments). Uncle Frank rocks!
